Theater company presents ‘Laramie Project’

The newest addition to the downtown arts community, the Ruff and Tumble Theater Company, is bringing socially conscious theater to intimate audiences in an urban setting, said Mike Brown, one of the founders of the company, whose temporary home is the Utica Monday Nite building, 106 Genesee St.
